9.3.2 What Pico is not.

Pico is not a programmers editor. It doesn't appear to be designed as a programmers editor, it can still be used to edit program files when neccassary but for debuging purposes, it lacks some abilites from other editors, jumping by line number is not one of it's features..

Pico does a fine job of editing most of the text files used in the Unix/Linux envirionment like the /etc/hosts file for instance. Pico works and gets the job done.
